With 20 years in the industry, Morgan brings extensive experience in rigging, problem-solving and delivering practical solutions to complex projects. Originally from NZ, his leadership and hands-on approach help keep projects running smoothly. Passionate about team culture, he’s always bringing the banter, lifting morale and creating a positive environment on site.
Rickie Hewson
Director
With 12 years in the industry, Rickie specialises in commercial steel erection, cranes and industrial construction. Known for his attention to detail, integrity and positive attitude, he brings a good dose of humour to every project. Rickie leads by example and is always willing to lend a hand. Outside of work, he’s a dedicated husband and proud father of five.
